DiNATRON Holding derives from 1996 when a group of like-minded technologists and specialists created the company of DiNATRON to carry out R&D and technical work .
By now the Holding team counts more than 20x PhDs, and Doctors (in technical sciences mainly) possesses the unique competencies in the development and industrial implementation of technologies for the production of Rare and Rare Earth Metals and products from them.

At the end of 2017 we took over the property complex of “The Irtysh Chemical and Metallurgical Plant” (ICMP), a leading enterprise throughout the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union Foundation for the production of Rare and Rare Earth Metals, starting from its scratch in 1958 on.
Our production facilities at the ICMP site include a unique fleet of deep vacuum equipment, including a dozen of vacuum Electron-Beam furnaces, and a few vacuum high temperature annealing furnaces, several induction furnaces for reduction processes, and a couple of rolling mills (blumings) and at last machining (lathe) of the produced ware.
Creation of the Irtysh Chemical and Metallurgical Plant (IHMZ).
Launch of IKHMZ into production.
A workshop for the production of collective rare earth carbonates from loparite concentrate and the production of cerium products was put into operation on the territory of the IKHMZ.
The IKHMZ enterprise was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor for its enormous contribution to the development of the rare metal industry of the USSR and the high performance indicators achieved.
IKHMZ is the largest enterprise in the USSR for the production of rare and rare-earth metals.
Launch of electron beam furnaces at IKHMZ for the production of high-purity niobium ingots.
A workshop for the complex processing of rare earth products with a capacity of 2,000 tons per year was launched.
Change of several owners, division of production, reduction in the range and quantity of products.
Conservation of IKHMZ.
The IHMZ property complex was acquired by DINATRON Holding (Rare Metals Plant LLP).
Repair work of production and auxiliary premises, main and auxiliary technological equipment was completed.
Production of the first batches of VT1-00 titanium and NB1 niobium ingots.

Setting up of a new modern production complex – – all our own from Ores deposits of Rare Metals (Niobium, Zirconium, Titanium, Tantalum) and Rare Earth Metals upstream through deep processing, and to manufacturing the industrial goods out of them – – including Mining & the Raws Enriching factory, and Metallurgical facilities such as Forging, Sheets Rolling and Tube&Pipe making – – right nearby on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
